On Saturday, September 5, 2026, Ceres and its partner IntraHorti hosted a workshop dedicated to biosecurity, facility hygiene, and crop resilience, with a presentation of innovative solutions addressing the challenges of modern horticulture.
Among the solutions presented:
Intra Multi-Des GA
A broad-spectrum disinfection solution that has demonstrated high efficacy against bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Its formulation provides excellent surface coverage as well as deep penetration, two essential factors for improving the effectiveness of disinfection protocols in horticultural facilities .
Intra HydroPure
An innovative formulation based on stabilized hydrogen peroxide, combined with micronized silver chelate and other components, making it more suitable for horticultural use than industrial hydrogen peroxide. During the intercropping period, Intra HydroPure can be used to clean irrigation systems and remove biofilm accumulated inside the pipes. During production, continuous use at 40 ppm helps limit biofilm reformation within the irrigation network.
Intra EcoShield
A formulation combining boron, molybdenum, and silicon in a plant-available form, orthosilicic acid. Silicon contributes to strengthening plant cell walls. The trials and studies presented during the seminar highlighted the benefits of Intra EcoShield in reducing susceptibility to insect attacks, lowering the risk of blossom-end rot, and improving tolerance to heat stress.
Intra Boost
A solution formulated with salicylic acid. Its objective is to promote the early induction of systemic acquired resistance, helping prepare the crop to respond more effectively to different biotic and abiotic stresses.
