The CERES team, alongside its partners, was pleased to participate in the Morocco Tomato Conference 2026 (MTC2026), a major event bringing together key stakeholders from the tomato industry in Morocco and internationally.
This edition provided a valuable platform for discussions around the technical, technological, and organizational challenges related to greenhouse horticultural production. Throughout the event, our team had the opportunity to meet growers, technical managers, suppliers, and industry professionals to share our expertise and present our solutions dedicated to more efficient, innovative, and sustainable agriculture.
CERES’ participation at MTC2026 was also highlighted by the presentation of our Technical Director, Dr. Paolo Battistel, who participated as a speaker on the topic: “Management of Tomato Crops Under Rainy Conditions in Agadir”
Through this presentation, Dr. Paolo Battistel shared his field experience as well as technical and methodological approaches for adapting tomato crop management to the rainy climatic conditions encountered in the Agadir region. The presentation addressed several key issues related to climate, plant health, and agronomic management of greenhouse crops under highly variable weather conditions.
